When will my order be delivered?

• The cost of shipping is £5.99 no matter if it is 1 small item, 12 large items, pallet or mixed, a simple shipping price of £5.99 will be applied to all orders.

• Most of our stocked products are 2-3 days delivery. If it's a pallet we estimate 5-7working days, scroll down to view examples

• You can order right up to 3pm and still get your product delivered in 3 working days.

• We use Royal Mail and Acclaim Parcel Express who deliver between 8am-5pm.

Other information you need to know:

We will always try and send your complete order in one delivery. This means that if you have

ordered a mixture of 'Standard' and Pallet' products, we will wait until your complete order is

ready before dispatching it, some items may also be delivered directly from the factory.

We are unable to offer specific delivery time slots. Deliveries will be within 8am – 5pm

Monday – Friday.

Pallet Products & Large Orders

Once your items are in stock and checked the pallet will be dispatched and received within

2-3 working days. We are happy to arrange a day for delivery to which is convenient but not

a time unless you wish to upgrade to a before noon or 10 delivery otherwise the pallet would

be between 8-5.

When can we deliver your 3 working days Pallet order?

If you place your order on…

Monday by 3pm we should have your order checked and complete to dispatch on the

Wednesday and you should receive on the Friday.

If you place your parcel order on…

Thursday 3pm we aim for you to receive this Monday/Tuesday

If you place your parcel order on…

Friday 6pm to Sunday 6pm we aim to deliver to you Wednesday/Thursday

Where do we deliver?

We deliver to mainland UK (Great Britain) addresses, and some other locations depending

on the type of products you've ordered. Please check the surcharges for areas not included

within the £5.99 delivery charge.

We offer both Express and Economy services by road and air, please call our Sales Team to
