Hopefully you won't need to return an item, however, if you do, it is our aim to make this as simple as possible. By following the guidance below you can help us to help you when a product is not what you expected, or is faulty. Returns Policy

Please be aware of the need to sign for your delivery, and that you arrange for someone to be there to receive your delivery. Please also be aware that for pallet deliveries, the driver is obligated to wait 15 minutes for you to check the items for damage. Please ensure you use this time. If the driver is unable to wait, please sign the delivery "DRIVER UNABLE TO WAIT" and continue to check the items for damage.

For small item deliveries that arrive from couriers you agree to open all boxes and thoroughly check goods for damage on the day of delivery and notify us of any damage within 24 hours of the delivery. For bulky deliveries that arrive on pallets you agree to check the goods for damage before signing the driver’s delivery note. If someone else is signing for the goods on your behalf you agree to advise them that the goods must be checked and you accept full responsibility for any loss or damage if they sign on your behalf and fail to check.

Items MUST BE CHECKED upon receipt. On rare occasions breakage can occur in transit. IN ALL CIRCUMSTANCES, ALL DAMAGES MUST BE REPORTED VIA PHONE OR EMAIL TO UNIVERSAL PLUMBING WITHIN 24 HOURS. We can then arrange for the courier to pick up the damaged items and deliver the replacements to you. Although Universal Plumbing Supplies LTD can provide replacements for damages after the 24 hour window, the courier will not provide their service free of charge and you the customer will be responsible for the return and re-delivery charges.

Refund Policy

You can cancel your order without penalty at any time prior to the goods being dispatched from our warehouse.
If the goods have left the warehouse and cannot be delivered due to reasons beyond our control, return charges will apply. These reasons include, but are not limited to:
• The customer cancels the order after the items have been dispatched.
• We are unable to complete the delivery due to access issues.
• The customer is unavailable or unable to take delivery of the goods.
WITHIN 7 WORKING DAYS OF RECEIVING YOUR DELIVERY
We are confident that you will be delighted with your purchase. In the unlikely event that you should wish to return an item to us, we are pleased to offer a 7 day money back guarantee, commencing the day after delivery. This means you have the right to cancel your order within 7 working days without penalty; the only liability being for any return carriage costs.
If any items are incorrect, damaged or faulty you should notify us within 24 hours by calling 02380 837 373 or you can email us at sales@universalplumbing.co.uk. You will need to provide us with the Invoice number for your order.
Please return the item(s) in the same condition as received and in the original packaging. Once the items have been returned they will be inspected. You will receive your refund within 30 days of cancellation.
AFTER 7 WORKING DAYS OF RECEIVING YOUR DELIVERY
After this 7 working day period, we are unable to accept returns of any items purchased unless faulty.
